Additionally, she has had songs recorded by Keith Urban, Lady A, Kelsea Ballerini, Lauren Alaina, Thomas Rhett, Dustin Lynch, Tim McGraw, Megan Moroney, Tyler Hubbard, Kimberly Perry, Carly Pearce, Alana Springsteen, Mickey Guyton, Chris Young, Chase Matthew, Thelma & James, Maddie & Tae, The Castellows, Emily Ann Roberts and more; including radio singles with Lauren Alaina/Lainey Wilson, Hannah Ellis, Morgan Evans, Tenille Arts, and NEEDTOBREATHE/Carrie Underwood.

Raised in the hills of Surry County, North Carolina, Andrew Millsaps started writing songs before he ever stepped onto a stage. What began around kitchen tables, bonfires, and small-town gatherings quickly turned into packed college shows and hometown crowds singing along to songs he wrote about the life he knew best.
While attending NC State University, Millsaps built a grassroots following across North Carolina, performing everywhere from local bars to breweries and opening for national country acts along the way. His songwriting soon earned industry recognition, including first place in MerleFest’s prestigious Chris Austin Songwriting Contest and a semi-finalist spot in the Music City Song Star Competition.
After relocating to Nashville, Andrew carved out a reputation as both a songwriter and performer, eventually becoming one half of the country duo Neon Union. Blending modern energy with traditional country storytelling, the duo landed two songs on country radio, toured nationally with major artists, and earned an ACM Award nomination for New Duo or Group of the Year.
Known for his authentic songwriting, powerhouse live performances, and unmistakable Southern roots, Millsaps continues to bring a mix of heart, humor, and real-life storytelling to every stage and every song he writes.

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Paul Sikes has spent nearly two decades building a career as one of Music City’s most respected songwriters, producers, and musicians. Surrounded by music from an early age, Sikes grew up in a household filled with piano melodies, classic vinyl records, and the sounds of artists like The Beatles, James Taylor, Chicago, and Emerson Lake & Palmer — influences that would later shape his distinctive approach to songwriting and production.
Although he first trained on piano, it was the guitar that truly sparked his passion for music. By his teenage years, Sikes was already writing songs and immersing himself in musicianship, eventually studying Classical Guitar Performance at Lipscomb University before earning a degree in the Recording Industry with an emphasis in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University. Like many Nashville creatives, his early years were spent balancing songwriting with side jobs, all while steadily making his name known on Music Row.
That persistence paid off in 2007 when Sikes signed his first publishing deal and landed his first major cut with country group Emerson Drive. The same year, he was awarded ASCAP’s prestigious Leon Brettler Award recognizing promising young songwriters. Since then, his catalog has grown into an impressive collection of modern country hits, including Jimmie Allen’s #1 single “Make Me Want To,” Matt Stell’s “Everywhere But On,” and Clay Walker’s “Easy Goin’,” which Sikes also produced and mixed. Most recently, he earned his third #1 with Lainey Wilson’s “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” from her Grammy-winning album Bell Bottom Country, followed by her hit radio single “Hang Tight Honey” from the 2024 album Whirlwind.
Beyond songwriting, Sikes has become a highly sought-after guitarist and producer, touring with artists including Brett Eldredge and Billy Ray Cyrus while continuing to work with a wide range of performers across country music. His songs have been recorded by artists such as Cody Johnson, Joe Nichols, Runaway June, Mae Estes, Walker County, Lorrie Morgan, and Emerson Drive, showcasing both his versatility and deep roots within the Nashville songwriting community.
Whether behind the console, on stage with a guitar, or in a songwriting room crafting the next hit, Paul Sikes brings a rare combination of musicianship, authenticity, and creative instinct that continues to leave a lasting mark on modern country music.
